New features of WebSPIRS 4.0 include:

"This new release of the WebSPIRS search system is more intuitive, user-friendly and powerful than ever before. Search results are displayed clearly, so you don't have to spend time searching for more detailed information. A simple click on the "Full" label will show the whole database record with its complete set of indexing and classification. Help is just a mouse-click away, and since search results appear in a new window, you can easily navigate your way around the system.
